Abstract

The invention discloses a method for pretreating and separating lignin from wood fiber biomass, which comprises the following steps: (1) respectively adding a pretreatment solvent, wood fiber biomass, a catalyst-1, polycarboxylic acid and a catalyst-2 into a reactor in a weight ratio of the wood fiber biomass to the pretreatment solvent of 1: (10-30), and uniformly stirring; treating for 1 to 24 hours under the conditions of normal pressure and 80 to 120 DEG C; (2) carrying out solid-liquid separation; (3) cleaning and drying the obtained solid to obtain rich cellulose; and (4) diluting the obtained liquid with water, and then carrying out solid-liquid separation, cleaning and drying to obtain the lignin. According to the invention, efficient pretreatment of wood fiber biomass is realized, and lignin with low polycondensation degree is separated; the loss of carbohydrates such as cellulose and hemicellulose is small, the recovery rate is high, and the enzyme saccharification yield is high; the pretreatment solvent, the catalyst and the like can be recycled, the process is simple, the production cost is low, and the industrial application prospect is very strong.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to biomass pretreatment methods, in particular to methods for separating lignin from lignocellulosic biomass. Background technique [0002] With the increasingly serious environmental pollution and oil crisis, people pay more and more attention to the utilization of renewable resource biomass. Lignocellulosic biomass mainly refers to agricultural and forestry wastes, and its composition includes cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin. Among them, carbohydrates such as cellulose and hemicellulose can be hydrolyzed into reducible sugars by biological enzymes, and then important platform compounds such as ethanol and furan can be prepared. However, due to the dense and complex plant cell barrier, which hinders the action of biological enzymes, lignin can adsorb enzymes and reduce enzyme activity. These factors all reduce the efficiency of the biotransformation process. Therefore, it is necessary to go through a pretreatment p...
