Abstract

The present invention relates to a plasminogen activator inhibitor, an external preparation for skin comprising the same, a method for improving rough skin and in particular, to improvement of an effective inorganic component. A plasminogen activator inhibitor contains a specific zinc oxide which adsorbs a plasminogen activator and effectively inhibits its activity. When it is used as an external preparation for skin, excellent improvement of rough skin is obtainable. Further when silica-coated zinc oxide is applied as an external preparation for skin, excellent improvement effect and prevention effect for rough skin are obtainable without an intolerance sensitivity reaction in the case of morbid dermatitis such as atopic dermatitis.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a plasminogen activator inhibitor, an external preparation for skin containing the inhibitor, and a method for improving rough skin by using the external preparation for skin, especially an improvement of an inorganic active ingredient. Background technique [0002] Hitherto, various therapeutic drugs, skin external preparations, cosmetics and the like are known as having improvement and preventive effects on skin diseases, rough skin, acne and the like. As active ingredients in these existing pharmaceuticals or cosmetics, anti-inflammatory agents or animal and plant extracts believed to have anti-inflammatory effects, or amino acids or polysaccharides, lipids, and natural polymers with high moisturizing and water-retaining effects, prevent Inflammation of the skin (affected part) or moisture loss of the stratum corneum are excellent, and thus are widely used. [0003] On the other hand, in the case of dermatitis such ...
