The invention discloses a sterilization logistics
system. The sterilization logistics
system comprises a plate loading
station, a sterilization
station and a plate unloading
station which are sequentially connected and further comprises a vertical conveying roller
bed. One end of the vertical conveying roller
bed is connected with the plate loading station, and the other end of the vertical conveying roller
bed is connected with the plate unloading station. A vertical closed-loop conveying line enabling plate bodies to run cyclically in the
vertical plane is defined by the plate loading station, the sterilization station, the plate unloading station and the vertical conveying roller bed. A sterilization logistics method is conducted through the sterilization logistics
system and includes the following steps that firstly,
bottle feeding and plate loading are conducted; secondly, sterilization is conducted; thirdly, plate unloading and
bottle discharging are conducted; fourthly, empty bottles are sent back; and fifthly, the first step, the second step, the third step and the fourth step are conducted cyclically. The sterilization logistics system and the sterilization logistics method have the advantages that the structure is simple, a
layout is reasonable, occupied space is small, and operation is convenient.
