The method comprises the following steps: receiving a virtual machine deployment request, and obtaining a to-be-deployed disk mirror image and target environment configuration parameters; the starting process is decoupled into an internal guide semantic domain and an external configuration semantic domain, mirror image internal guide semantic features are extracted through read-only static analysis to generate internal feature vectors, and target environment configuration semantic features are collected to generate external feature vectors; constructing a semantic compatibility knowledge graph, performing cross-layer semantic alignment verification on the two types of vectors based on the graph, and identifying conflict events; and generating a starting feasibility prediction result and diagnosis traceability data according to the conflict event, feeding back to the deployment platform, and executing a release or blocking strategy. According to the scheme, the starting feasibility prediction accuracy is improved, the invalid deployment risk is avoided, the deployment efficiency is improved, and reliable support is provided for system optimization and problem tracing.
