Method and device for measuring accumulated liquid of natural gas pipeline

The invention discloses a method and a device for measuring accumulated liquid of a natural gas pipeline. The method comprises the following steps of: vertically transmitting high-frequency ultrasonic wave into the pipeline by an ultrasonic probe coupled to the outer wall of the measured pipeline, wherein the energy of reflection echo has great difference due to different properties of gas and liquid media; judging that the pipe inner wall is contacted with gas or liquid at the position of the probe according to the characteristic of echo received by the ultrasonic probe and reflected by the pipe inner wall; gradually adjusting the measurement position of the ultrasonic probe on the pipe outer wall along the circumferential direction; and recording a circumferential angle of the ultrasonic probe by a circumferential angle ruler when the echo has mutation, and further calculating the height of the accumulated liquid. The method is a non-intrusive accumulated liquid measurement method, does not change the structure of the conventional pipeline, has no medium leakage risk, does not affect the operation such as cleaning the pipeline and the like, meanwhile is not affected by the composition of gas and liquid phase media in the pipeline and parameters such as temperature, pressure and the like, overcomes the defect that the conventional ultrasonic technology needs complex sound velocity correction, and is particularly suitable for measuring the accumulated liquid inside the pipeline for conveying corrosive and toxic media.

The invention relates to a method for constructing a deep-water ultra-long steel plate pile cofferdam in a tide environment and belongs to the technical field of cofferdam construction. The construction method comprises the following steps of (1) after constructing a drilling pile of the cofferdam and detaching a drilling platform, inserting the steel sheet pile; (2) lifting a jack after the steel sheet pile is folded, lifting an inner support, and lifting a cushion to compact; (3) casting concrete, sealing the bottom by the concrete, and constructing a bearing table pier body; (4) re-filling fine sand in a clearance between a bearing platform and the steel sheet pile, and lifting a gasket beam on the top of a construction bearing platform; (5) opening a communication valve to introduce water into the cofferdam, and detaching supports in a first passage and a second passage to finish cofferdam construction of the steel sheet pile. The traditional construction process of the steel plate pile cofferdam is changed by the construction method, the application of the construction technology of the steel plate pile cofferdam is used to get rid of the stale and bring forth the fresh, and compared with the conventional construction method, the construction method provided by the invention has the characteristics of simple operation, easiness in precision control, short construction period and the like; due to the fact that the structure of the cofferdam is fixed, and the size of the inner supports can be determined, most of construction materials can be repeatedly used, and the construction cost is saved.

Device for removing metal components from raw materials for insulator preparation

The invention relates to a device for removing metal components from raw materials for insulator preparation. The device comprises an installation base frame. A conveying mechanism is installed insidethe installation base frame; a fixed base frame is installed between the inner walls of the upper end of the installation base frame; a clearing mechanism is installed at the upper end of the fixed base frame; and an adsorption mechanism is connected between the fixed base frame and the installation base frame. In the traditional process of removing internal metal components from raw materials ofthe insulator, magnets need to be manually controlled to absorb internal metal components of the raw materials. The manual operation cannot effectively or completely remove the internal metal components of the raw materials, and metal particles adsorbed on the magnets need to be manually scrapped off. The repeated manual removal and absorption operations are required. Thus, the labor intensity ishigh, work efficiency is low, the quality of insulators cannot be guaranteed by manual treatment mode, and there exist potential safety hazards. By the adoption of the device of the invention, the above problems in the prior art can be solved.
