The invention discloses a pulse floating charger having a
backup, and belongs to the technical field of
electronics. The floating charger is composed of a
floating charge unit, a discharging unit, a sound
control unit, an interface unit, a pulse unit, a selection unit, a computing unit, a
voltage limiting starting unit, a
load unit, a process indicating unit, a termination unit. The
floating charge unit, the discharging unit and the pulse unit are under control of the interface unit, such that the
floating charge unit and the discharging unit generate a correct logic and forms a pulse charging form that allows charging and discharging and has a charging time longer than a discharging time. Since the floating charge unit and the discharging unit both have a
backup, which ensures the reliability of the floating charge unit and the discharging unit. The pulse floating charger provides two termination, and one is termination after a battery is charged and one is termination after timing and counting arrives in place. The two termination can be flexibly switched to each other. After the termination of the charging, the sound
control unit is started so as to provide an alert to users. According to the embodiments of the invention, the pulse floating charger can charge a to-be-charged battery in a scientific manner, improves maintenance, prolongs the service life of the to-be-chargedbattery, and reduces discard rate.
