Embodiment 1

[0025] Embodiment 1: 0.1 gram of cobalt phthalocyanine sulfonate, 0.7 kilogram of potassium persulfate, 0.2 kilogram of sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.3 kilogram of urea, 0.2 kilogram of water glass, 0.5 kilogram of sodium bisulfite, and 98.1 kilograms of water are made into degumming liquid . 10 kilograms of ramie raw materials are immersed in 100 kilograms of degumming liquid. The temperature was raised from room temperature to 50° C. within half an hour and maintained at this temperature for 3 hours. After being washed with clear water, oiled and dried to obtain 6.6 kg of 1600 ramie fibers for textile use.

Embodiment 2

[0027] Embodiment 2: 10 grams of carboxylic acid phthalocyanine iron, 1.5 kilograms of hydrogen peroxide, 0.5 kilogram of sodium phosphate, 0.8 kilogram of urea, 0.1 kilogram of carboxymethyl cellulose, 0.2 kilogram of sodium sulfite, add 96.9 kilograms of water and be made into degumming liquid. 10 kg of flax raw material is immersed in 200 kg of degumming solution. The temperature was raised from room temperature to 90°C in half an hour and maintained at this temperature for 1 hour. After washing, oiling and drying, 7.7 kilograms of 1100-count flax fibers are obtained for textile use.

Embodiment 3

[0029] Embodiment 3: 20 grams of manganese phthalocyanine sulfonate, 1.5 kilograms of ammonium perborate, 0.1 kilogram of disodium hydrogen phosphate, 0.8 kilogram of urea, 0.3 kilogram of water glass, 0.6 kilogram of sodium bisulfite, are made into degumming liquid with 96.7 kilograms of water. 10 kilograms of jute raw materials are immersed in 150 kilograms of degumming liquid. The temperature was raised from room temperature to 60°C in half an hour and maintained at this temperature for 1 hour. Washed, oiled, and dried to obtain 8.4 kilograms of 680-count jute fibers for textile use.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for degumming phthalocyanine metal complex compound to prepare natural fiber, comprising (1) mixing plant fiber with peroxide degummed liquid which contains catalyst as phthalocyanine metal complex compound, while the mass ratio is 1:10-1:20, and degumming at 30-100Deg. C for 1-4h, then washing with water, (2), oiling and drying via general method to obtain the fiber used in weaving. The inventive method has simple process, short reaction time, and high degumming efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of textiles, in particular to a method for degumming natural fibers with phthalocyanine metal complexes. Background technique [0002] Hemp fiber is one of the more important textile raw materials in my country. Hemp fiber is an extract of natural plants and belongs to green ecological textile fiber. my country is one of the countries with the richest hemp resources in the world. Its resources are very rich, the output is large, and there are more than 100 varieties of hemp, all of which have different uses in textiles. Among them, ramie output accounts for 90% of the world's total output, flax output ranks second in the world, and the total amount ranks the highest in the world. Because hemp fiber fabric has excellent properties such as moisture absorption, heat dissipation, cool and crisp, it is more and more familiar and favored by consumers. Hemp textiles are not only widely used in clothing, but also developed ...
