Embodiment 1

[0097] The wastewater with a TOC concentration of 5 mg / L and a calcium ion concentration of 10 mg / L, which is mainly composed of surfactants, is used as raw water and treated with the device shown in Figure 1. First, add EDTA series antiscaling agent (sodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) to raw water, its amount is 5 times weight of the calcium ion concentration of raw water, then, add NaOH to make pH reach 10.5, use RO membrane separation device (Japanese The low-pressure aromatic polyamide type RO membrane "ES-10" manufactured by Todenko) was subjected to RO membrane separation treatment under the conditions of a flow rate of 80 L / h and a recovery rate of 75%.

[0098] After adding hydrogen peroxide in an amount 1.2 times the TOC to RO concentrated water obtained by the RO membrane separation treatment, ozone was added in an amount 10 times the TOC. Then, under the condition of water flow SV10 / h, to the activated carbon tower, and then under the condition of water...

Embodiment 2

[0101] Except that hydrogen peroxide is not added to the RO concentrated water, all the others are treated in the same manner as in Example 1, and the pH, TOC concentration and TOC removal rate of the ozone treated water (the effluent water of the ozone reaction tower), and the effluent water of the activated carbon tower are studied. The pH, TOC concentration and TOC removal rate, and the pH, TOC concentration, and TOC removal rate of the treated water (the effluent water of the ion exchange tower), the results are shown in Table 1.

Embodiment 3

[0103] Except increasing the addition amount of alkali so that the pH of ozone treated water reaches 10, all the other are processed identically with embodiment 1, study the pH, TOC concentration and TOC removal rate of ozone treated water (the effluent water of ozone reaction tower), and The pH, TOC concentration, and TOC removal rate of the effluent water from the activated carbon tower, and the pH, TOC concentration, and TOC removal rate of the treated water (the effluent water from the ion exchange tower), are shown in Table 1.

[0104] RO

[0105] As can be seen from Table 1, according to the present invention, TOC in RO concentrated water can be removed to a high degree.

Abstract

The invention provides a treating method of waste water containing organic material, which can prevent flux reduction and bio contamination resulted from organism adsorbing on membrane in RO membrane separation device, when trating and recovering the RO membrane separation device for waste water containing organic material, and can effectively reduce the TOC value containing COD value of RO concentrated water, and prevent adverse effect such as effluent treatment of RO concentrated water. In the said method, the scale inhibitor is added into the waste water containing organic material, and the base reagent is added to ajust the pH to above 9.5, and then the water goes through the RO membrane separation device. The RO concentrated water is trough ozone oxidation in ozone reaction tower. The pH of RO feed water is adjusted to above 9.5 to prevent bio contaminating in the RO membrane separation device, nonionic surfactant adsorbing on membrane, and flux reducting. The scale inhibitor isadded to inhibit membrane jamming due to calcium carbonate sacling at high pH. The concentrated TOC containing COD in RO concentrated water is taken away trough ozone oxygenolysis.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the prevention of adsorption of organic matter on the membrane surface in the RO membrane separation device when treating and recovering wastewater containing high-to-low-concentration organic matter (TOC) discharged from electronic equipment manufacturing plants, etc. The resulting decrease in flux or biofouling enables long-term stable treatment, and effectively reduces the TOC concentration in water to obtain high-quality treated water. In addition, it is easy and effective to treat the concentration of concentrated water in the RO membrane separation device. A treatment method and a treatment device for organic waste water. Background technique [0002] In recent years, environmental standards and water quality standards tend to become more and more stringent, and high-level purification of discharged water is also desired. On the other hand, for the purpose of eliminating water shortage, it is also desired to deve...
