[0014] Table 1 shows the components of fly ash and cyanamide slag. According to theoretical calculations, 3000 kg of fly ash and 6060 kg of carbide slag are required to extract 1000 kg of alumina. Slurry and sand should be separated by a mud washing machine. After separation, the particles of calcium carbide slag slurry are very fine, and they do not need to be ground again. They are directly poured into the slurry warehouse for preparation. 60% of the fly ash is powdered and 40% is granular. The two kinds of slurry are mixed according to the pre-calculated ratio, and then sent to the mixing tank for homogenization with machine rake and compressed air.
