The coating consists of: 1 weight portion of chlorinated rubber, 0.05 to 0.4 weight portion of acrylic acid resin, 0.005 to 1.03 weight portions of chlorinated paraffin, 0.08 to 0.5 weight portion of epoxy resin, 0.05 to 3.0 weight portions of dimethylbenzene, 0.01 to 1.5 weight portions of heavy aromatic solvent, 0.005 to 0.045 weight portion of fluoro-carbon modified acrylic acid resin, 0.006 to 0.5 weight portion of titanium white powder, 0.01 to 0.8 weigh portion of talcum powder, and 0.005 to 0.05 weight portion of organoclay. The coating has the characteristics of single composition packing and drying film formation under normal temperature. A paint film of the coating has excellent physical property, chemical resistance, salt spray resistance and anti-photoaging property, and can be used for the protection and coating of the surfaces of steel structures under the environment of marine corrosion.
