Abstract

The invention discloses a functional fabric waterproof stiffening agent and a technology for making the same, comprising basic monomer, functional monomer, auxiliary monomer and a polyreaction making process. The technology adopts a chemical copolymerization method and respectively introduces intramolecular crosslinking into organosilicon and acrylic ester macro molecules; modified acrylic ester / nano composite emulsion is made through a nano titanium dioxide in-situ polymerization process according to a formula; moreover, water-repellency and flameproof polymeric monomer, reactive emulsifier sodium vinyl sulfonate and an environment-friendly crosslinking agent glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) are used to eliminate formaldehyde and APEO, thereby solving the problems of the prior art including insufficient adhesive strength, resistance to solvent, stability and weathering resistance, no ultravioresistant, water-repellency and inflaming-retarding functions as well as no environment protection due to the formula containing formaldehyde.
