The invention discloses a liquid cement grinding aid and a method for preparing the same, wherein the cement grinding aid comprises the following components in weight percentage: 20 to 40 percent of acrylic acid-maleic anhydride copolymer sodium salt, 20 to 30 percent of aminobenzene fulfonic acid sodium salt water reducing agent, 10 to 20 percent of scum waste liquid of sugar cane, 5 to 15 percent of desugar sodium lignosulfonate, 1 to 5 percent of sodium tripolyhosphate, 1 to 5 percent of sodium carbonate and the balance of water. The technical proposal obviously improves the grinding efficiency of a grinding machine, properly improves the early strength of cement, does not require expensive triethanolamine and ethylene glycol and allows for the use of readily available and cheap raw materials.
