Abstract

The invention discloses a submerged fermentation cellulase of trichoderma reesei liquid and an enzymatic pulping process which is a novel process to use the trichoderma reesei as a fermentation strain to produce a cellulase used by self for the enzymatic pulping in a mode of deep liquid fermentation. The technical process is as follows: adopting paper pulp to be processed as a fermentation carbon source; and through the mode of the deep liquid fermentation, preparing the needed cellulase used for the enzymatic pumping after the optimization of a fermentation medium and a fermentation condition. The invention has the advantages of simple process, less equipment investment, low cost and compact technical process; the adoption of the pepper pulp to be processed as the fermentation carbon source can significantly improve the adaptability of an enzyme liquid; and the cellulase has high enzyme activity, less dosage and good effect, and can reduce the energy consumption of the pumping. The submerged fermentation cellulase is suitable for the pulping process of pulping raw materials under the prior structural condition of raw materials for paper making in China.
