Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, most of the glass fiber surface felt dispersion liquids are inorganic strong acid solutions such as hydrochloric acid, which cause very serious environmental pollution.
In addition, a small number of manufacturers now use a single-component surfactant solution as the dispersion liquid, resulting in poor stability of the dispersion liquid, intolerance to placement, poor reusability, and defects such as holes after the surface is felted, which affects all products to a large extent. the quality of the surface felt produced and limits the range of use of the product

Abstract

The invention relates to an environment-friendly glass fiber surface felt dispersion liquid composition which is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 0.15-0.25 percent of cation type azotic organic compound dispersion liquid, 0.1 percent of thickening agent, 0.05-0.21 percent of ethanol or ester antifoaming agent, and the rest being deionized water. The cation type azotic organic compound dispersion liquid comprises various ammonium type cation surfactants or quaternary ammonium salt type cation surfactants. The thickening agent is carboxymethyl cellulose or synthesized polymer thickening agent which is selected from polymethacrylate, polyvinyl isobutyl ether, polyisobutene or styrol copolymer. The antifoaming agent comprises 2 ethylhexyl alcohol, isooctanol, isoamylol, distearate acyl ethylenediamine, trioctyl phosphate, tributyl phosphate or glycerin trioleate. The invention cannot cause pollution to the environment, has low price and wide sources and raw materials and is applicable to glass fiber felts with different sizes and specifications.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a composition, in particular to an environment-friendly aqueous dispersion of glass fiber surface felt. Background technique [0002] In the glass fiber reinforced resin industry, in order to improve the surface finish and aesthetics of the product, improve the machinability and modification performance of the product surface, the glass fiber is often evenly dispersed in the aqueous solution, and then dried to obtain a glass fiber mat with a smooth and uniform surface. (that is, surface felt), and then processed to obtain the surface layer of FRP products with smooth and beautiful appearance. In recent years, with the widespread use of glass fiber mats in the production of special paper and filter screens, and the rapid development of the glass fiber reinforced resin industry, the demand for glass fiber mats has developed rapidly and steadily increased. [0003] At present, most of the glass fiber surface felt dispersion liqui...
