The method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring an extracted prinsepia utilis royle oil active composition, an extracted hawkthorn effective composition and vitamin E in a mixer; drying the mixture at a temperature of between 50 and 70 DEG C until the moisture is less than 3 to 5 percent; taking out the obtained product, crushing the obtained product until the granularity is between 60 and 80 meshes; and performing encapsulation to prepare soft capsules.
