Abstract

The invention relates to a method for treating gasified waste water containing high-concentration phenol and ammonia. The method comprises the following steps: injecting alkali, pressurizing, stripping and removing acidic gas and ammonia in a waste water stripper, side-drawing ammonia-rich gas and segregating and concentrating by three levels, and extracting phenol from waste water after acid andammonia removal with MIBK as a solvent. With regard to extraction for phenol removal, residue generated is transported to the upper part of an extracting tower for countercurrent extraction after being cooled to 40 DEG C to 60 DEG C, with the volume ratio between the MIBK and the waste water being 1:4-10. The method realizes simultaneous removal of acidic gas, free ammonia and fixed ammonia from gasified waste water in the waste water stripper and obtains high-concentration alkaline air. The content of free ammonia and fixed ammonia in purified water from the waste water stripper is extremelylow, thus causing the pH value of waste water treated to reduce to 6 and being beneficial to the phenol removal effect of subsequent extraction part at an acidic status. Simultaneously, the MIBK has relatively good effect on the extraction of polyhydric phenol and can effectively remove polyhydric phenol in the waste water. In the method, the solvent can be easily recovered, with little loss of solvent and high phenol removal efficiency.
