Embodiment 1

[0021] Embodiment 1: production of pyrethroid pesticide degradation bacterial agent

[0022] (1) Medium preparation:

[0023] 1) Strain preservation medium (solid, 1L): peptone 10g, yeast extract 5g, sodium chloride 5g, agar 20g, add water to 1L, pH 7.2;

[0024] 2) Strain activation medium (liquid, 1L): peptone 10g, yeast extract 5g, sodium chloride 5g, add water to 1L, pH 7.2;

[0025] 3) Seed medium (liquid, 10L): MgSO 4 1.0g, KH 2 PO 4 5.0g, NaCl 5.0g, K 2 HPO 4 15.0g, 100g sucrose, 50g peptone, add water to 10L, pH 7.2;

[0026] 4) Fermentation medium (liquid, 200L): MgSO 4 20g, KH 2 PO 4 100g, NaCl 100g, K 2 HPO 4 300g, molasses 10kg, (NH 4 ) 2 SO 4 1kg, add water to 200L, pH 7.2;

[0027] All the above media were sterilized at 121°C for 20 min.

[0028] 2. Strain activation: Pick the pyrethroid pesticide-degrading bacteria to the strain preservation medium, pick a single colony by continuous streaking at 30°C for two times, then pick a single colo...

Embodiment 2

[0032] Example 2: Degradation effect of pyrethroid pesticide degrading bacteria agent on cabbage leaf surface beta-cypermethrin

[0033] 1) Select cabbage that has not been applied with beta-cypermethrin, and select two plots, each 15m 2 , the spraying rate is 3g / mu;

[0034] 2) After 6 hours, evenly spray the pesticide-degrading bacterial agent (diluted 500 times with water), and use spraying water as a control;

[0035] 3) After 2 days, the five-point sampling method was used to detect the residues of beta-cypermethrin on the leaves of cabbage, and it was found that the residues of beta-cypermethrin in the treatment group were reduced by about 80% compared with the control group.

Embodiment 3

[0036] Example 3: Degradation effect of pyrethroid pesticide degrading bacteria agent on rape foliage cyfluthrin

[0037] 1) Select rape that has not been applied with cyfluthrin, select two plots, each 15m 2 , the spraying rate is 1g / mu;

[0038] 2) After 6 hours, evenly spray the pesticide-degrading bacteria agent (diluted 800 times with water), and use spraying water as a control;

[0039] 3) After 2 days, the five-point sampling method was used to detect the residue of cyfluthrin on rapeseed leaves, and it was found that the residue of cyfluthrin in the treatment group was reduced by about 75% compared with the control group.

Abstract

The invention relates to bacillus which is separated from kale phyllosphere and can degrade pyrethroid insecticides effectively, also provides a method for producing the fungicide, belonging to the biotechnology field. By identification, the bacillus is Bacillus subtilis and is preserved in CCNCC with the preservation number of CGMCC No.2698, and the 16S rDNA gene sequence of the bacillus subtilis is submitted to the GenBank database with the accession number of FJ361191. The method for producing the fungicide comprises five steps of preparing culture medium, activating strains, preparing liquid seeds, fermenting in a liquid state and preparing the fungicide. The pyrethroid insecticide degradation fungicide produced by the technical scheme of the invention can effectively degrade the pyrethroid insecticides on plant leave surfaces, reduce insecticide residual, ensure food safety and protect ecological environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of biological technology, and relates to a bacillus isolated from the phyllosphere of cabbage and capable of efficiently degrading pyrethroid pesticides, and a production method thereof. technical background [0002] Pyrethroid pesticides are broad-spectrum insecticides with quick-acting, high-efficiency, low toxicity, low residue, and safety to crops. They can effectively control pests in grain and oil crops and cash crops. In recent years, its use has been increasing, and pyrethroids have become one of the substitutes for traditional organophosphorus pesticides. However, the high residues of pyrethroids on tea, vegetables and other economic crops have brought Food safety issues. In recent years, it has been found that it also has great harm to the aquatic ecosystem, such as Wang Yanmei et al. (The acute toxic effect of lambda-cyhalothrin on eels, Anhui Agricultural Sciences, 2008, 36(12): 4999-5000) reported 0.0552...
