Abstract

The invention has the technical scheme: the protective agent is of an emulsion type and consists of amphiphilic polymer and water, the sandstone surface has the film forming ability, the amphiphilic polymer is a hydrophobicity acrylic monomer and a hydrophilicity acrylic derivative monomer and is prepared by an atom transfer free radical polymerization method, and the emulsion solid content is ranged from 20 percent to 30 percent; and the in preparation process, used dissolvent is deionized water. The invention has the advantages that: the type of the oil layer protective agent main body is the amphiphilic polymer, has favorable film forming ability per se, wide and favorable compound property with different sludge and low cost. A high-temperature and high-pressure dehydration and visual sand bed medium pressure test shows that the system has the advantages of pressure resistance, temperature resistance, ageing resistance and excellent and stable filtrate reduction property.
