Abstract

The invention discloses a fire coal additive comprising the following components in parts by weight: 5-13 parts of coal residue modifier, 6-19 parts of oxidizer, 10-25 parts of sulphur fixing agent and 4-10 parts of catalyst, wherein, the coal residue modifier is composed of magnesium chloride and sodium sulfate; the oxidizer comprises potassium nitrate, potassium permanganate and sodium chlorate; the sulphur fixing agent comprises ethanolamine, isopropanolamine and calcium hydroxide; the catalyst is cerous nitrate. The invention also discloses a method for preparing the additive. The additive of the invention has three functions of catalysis combustion, reduction of pollutant discharge and maintaining of clean equipment, has less additive amount, simple preparation process and low cost, can be widely used in various coal-fired boilers, such as pulverized coal furnace, chain furnace and recirculation fluidized bed and the like.
