Abstract

The invention discloses biomass energy particles and a preparation method thereof. The biomass energy particles are formed by pressing sawdust, rice hull or the mixture of the sawdust and the rice hull mechanically. The method comprises the steps of smashing the sawdust into powder with the particle size of less than or equal to 1.5 mm, and smashing the rice hull into powder with a particle size of less than or equal to 7 mm; feeding the sawdust, the rice hull and the mixture of the saw dust and the rice hull to a drying chamber for heating and drying, wherein the drying temperature is between 20 and 80 DEG C; and feeding the dried materials to circular mould pressing equipment for cold press moulding and thus obtaining the biomass energy particles. The invention has the advantages that: the material formula is reasonable; the technical performance is high; the energy consumption and production cost are low and reduced by 20 percent compared with those of the conventional biomass particle fuel and the preparation method thereof; and the biomass particles do not contain any chemical agent, and the product avoids causing environmental pollution during production and use.
