Abstract

The invention provides an environment-friendly colored fire-proof coating for tunnels, comprising the following components in parts by mass: 10-50 parts of cement, 40-90 parts of expanded perlite, expanded vermiculite and precipitated calcium carbonate, 1-10 parts of inorganic mineral fibers, 5-30 parts of flame retardant systems, 0.1-5.0 parts of rubber powder, 0.5-3.0 parts of water reducing agents, air entraining agents and expanding agents and 0.5-2.0 parts of inorganic pigments. The coating has the following beneficial effects: (1) the requirements of different colors and daylighting can be satisfied and the cost of tunnel surface decoration can be lowered by adding the inorganic pigments to the fire-proof coating for tunnels; (2) the construction process is simplified and the construction procedure of finish is lessened; (3) the coating has the characteristics of high fire endurance and bond strength, good water resistance and the like, does not produce any toxic gas or waste in the construction processes and fire disasters and is safe and environment-friendly; and (4) the coating can be widely applicable to fire-proof protection of highways, railways and metro tunnel structures and to fire-proof walls in petrochemical engineering, etc.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an environment-friendly tunnel fireproof coating, in particular to an environment-friendly color tunnel fireproof coating which can be used for different color requirements. Background technique [0002] With the rapid development of the national economy, urban construction is accelerating, and the floating population is increasing rapidly, the construction and improvement of transportation is particularly important. The tunnel is favored by planners and builders for its shortest distance to achieve the goal, the least occupied area, the least damage to the natural environment and landscape, and low cost. However, the tunnel structure is generally made of stones and reinforced concrete. When the temperature rises to 600°C, the strength of the concrete loses more than 50%, and the yield stress of the steel drops to less than 1 / 3 of the yield force at room temperature. When a fire occurs in a tunnel, the temperature is generally...
