Problems solved by technology

[0002] Brominated organic flame retardants are one of the organic flame retardants with the best flame retardancy, but some brominated flame retardants will produce toxic and harmful gases during the production process, which not only pollutes the environment, but also affects the health of workers
[0003] Although brominated organic flame retardants have certain safety problems, they are still widely used in flame retardant materials due to their superior flame retardant performance and relatively low price.
[0004] Many brominated flame retardants, such as decabromodiphenyl ether, octabromoether, etc., are mixed with polymers to produce flame retardant materials. After long-term use, such flame retardants will be precipitated on the surface of flame retardant materials. It will lead to a decrease in the flame retardant performance of the flame retardant material and affect the service life of the material
At the same time, the precipitated flame retardant will exist on the surface of the material in the form of "white frost", which will affect the appearance of the product

Abstract

The invention discloses a precipitate-free flame retardant masterbatch, which comprises the following compositions in part by weight: 5 to 10 parts of modified polyamide, 5 to 30 parts of flame retardant, 0 to 30 parts of flame retardant synergist and inorganic packing, and 0.5 to 5 parts of dispersing agent, wherein the weight ratio of the flame retardant to the flame retardant synergist is 10-25:100. Flame retardant materials prepared by adding the precipitate-free flame retardant masterbatch into high polymer materials do not have the precipitated flame retardant even if used for a long time, and have good flame retardant effect. Because flame retardant is not precipitated, the surfaces of the flame retardant materials have no 'frosting' phenomenon, and the flame retardant materials prepared from the flame retardant masterbatch are excellent in appearance.
