The present invention relates to a double-layered polymer capsule for stabilizing a carotenoid such as ss- carotin and a method for preparing the same, and a cosmetic composition comprising the same, and more particularly, to a polymer capsule prepared by preparing a cationic polymer capsule containing a carotenoid and coating the surface of the capsule with an anionic polymer.
