Abstract

The invention discloses a novel printing and dyeing wastewater treatment agent and a preparation method thereof, and in particular relates to a printing and dyeing wastewater treatment agent which uses a sunlight photocatalysis technology effectively and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method specifically comprises the steps of: (1) adding copper salt and a protective agent into a dissolvent, and heating to be 50-70DEG C during a stirring till to dissolve; (2) completely dissolving the copper salt and the protective agent, adding nano-titanium dioxide and active carbon in sequece, and ultrasonically stirring for about 30-60min; (3) adding a reducing agent into a reaction system, and reacting for 20-30min by continuously stirring; and (4) filtering the solution, and withdrawing active carbon to obtain the novel printing and dyeing wastewater treatment agent. The treatment agent is functional powder which takes the active carbon as a carrier and has the multifunction of sterilization and deodorization due to the absorption of the carrier and the high-efficiency photocatalysis of a receptor; and the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater has the functions of effectively improving the removing rate to COD value (chemical oxygen demand), BOD (biochemical oxygen demand) and chroma, sterilizing and deodorizing, so that the invention is extremely high in efficiency.
