Abstract

The invention relates to an ultraviolet (UV) curing adhesive for a transfer printing film, and an application thereof. A radical UV curing system and a cationic UV-curing system are combined to form a double UV curing system of the UV curing adhesive. According to the present invention, curing rate of the radical is fast, shrinkage of curing volume of the cationic is small, and adhesion of the cationic to a base material is excellent. A technical scheme of the present invention comprises: uniform coating the adhesive on a film printed patterns to obtain a transfer printing film; then carrying out a quick pasting on surface of a substrate through a existing transfer machine; and finally carrying out a UV curing process to obtain a product, wherein a decorative pattern layer of the product is firmly combined with the surface of the substrate. Compared to heat curing adhesive and single UV curing adhesive, the UV curing adhesive provided by the present invention has advantages of energy saving, low VOC discharging and quick curing rate.
