Abstract

The invention discloses a ceramic penetration glaze suitable for spray ink printing and a method for using the same to produce ceramic tiles. The ceramic penetration glaze is characterized by being a water-borne glaze material which is prepared from a chromogenic soluble inorganic metal salt, a solvent and a regulating auxiliary agent and has penetration property. The ceramic penetration glaze is printed onto a ceramic brick body applied with ground glaze and cover glaze in a spray ink printing mode; water is sprayed for assisting in penetration; and the ceramic brick body is sintered in a roller kiln at the sintering temperature of 1080-1200DEG C within the sintering period of 40-85 minutes. The ceramic penetration glaze is suitable for spray ink printing, and various salts and glazes are used for generating chemical reaction to color. The method has the following advantages that the cost of the glaze is lowered by about 20% as compared with that of an imported glaze, and the glaze can completely replace the import product and has wide market economic benefit. The adjustability and the controllability in the production application process can be improved, and the product has richer and diversified patterns, is stratified and has strong stereoscopic impression.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic production, and more specifically designs a ceramic permeable glaze suitable for inkjet printing and a production method for using the ceramic permeable glaze to produce ceramic bricks. Background technique [0002] Inkjet printing technology is known as a "direct writing technology" with great practical value, and has the advantages of simple equipment, finer graphics, and environmental friendliness. With the development and popularization of digital technology, inkjet printing technology has gradually been applied in the ceramic industry. Compared with screen roller printing, inkjet printing has many incomparable advantages. It can meet the requirements in a relatively short period of time and is suitable for The ceramic decoration is personalized, multi-color, and even completes some difficult patterns that cannot be realized with a screen roller flower machine. Ceramic tiles produced by this ...
