Abstract

The invention relates to a slowly-released peroxide initiating system with a nano structure and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: firstly, uniformly dispersing nano container carriers in a volatile indifferent solvent and processing for 1 hour by an ultrasonic processing device; then dissolving 1 to 20 percent of peroxide into the volatile indifferent solvent and slowly dropwise adding the solution obtained in the first step with stirring at room temperature; adding 4 to 20 percent of promoter into the obained solution and stirring to ensure the promoter to be uniformly dispersed; and carrying out devolatilization and drying on the solution in a vacuum dry oven at a temperature of 40 DEG C to obtain the slowly-released peroxide initiating system. Due to the adoption of the initiating system prepared by the preparation method, in the process of grafting with melt extrusion, the grafting ratio of a reaction product can be obviously improved, the side reaction in the reaction process can be inhibited, peroxide residues are reduced, and the product odour is reduced.
