Embodiment 1

[0023] Example 1: Mesoporous carbon MC 1-600-20 Concrete preparation process is as follows:

[0024] (1) Pretreatment of rice husk: After washing and drying the rice husk with ordinary water, weigh 6g of rice husk and place it in a beaker, add 300mL of 0.5M sodium hydroxide solution, and heat the beaker on a magnetic heating stirrer for 2h. After cooling to room temperature, the rice husks are washed with distilled water at 70-80°C until the pH value of the filtrate is 7, and the washed rice husks are put into a drying oven and dried at a constant temperature of 110°C for 12 hours to obtain pretreated rice husks.

[0025] (2) Measure 150mL of distilled water in a beaker, weigh 13.5g of zinc chloride solid and dissolve it in the distilled water in the beaker, stir well to obtain a zinc chloride solution; weigh 13.5g of the pretreated rice obtained in step (1). Add the shell into the obtained zinc chloride solution, stir it with a glass rod, shake it in an ultrasonic oscillator...

[0030] (2) Carry out the same method as step (2) in Example 1, except that the mass of zinc chloride solid is 18g, and the mass of rice husk is 9g.

[0031] (3) Carry out the same method as step (3) in Example 1.

[0032] (4) Carry out the same method as step (4) in Example 1. The difference is that the resulting mesoporous carbon material is labeled as MC 2-600-20 .

Embodiment 3

[0033] Example 3: Mesoporous carbon MC 3-600-20 Concrete preparation process is as follows:

[0034] (1) Pretreatment of rice husks: implemented in the same manner as step (1) in Example 1.

[0035] (2) Implement the same method as step (2) in Example 1, except that the mass of zinc chloride solid is 20.25 g, and the mass of rice husk is 6.75 g.

[0036] (3) Carry out the same method as step (3) in Example 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a mesoporous carbon material for an electrochemical capacitor by using rice hulls as raw materials, and belongs to the technical field of carbon materials and microwave chemistry. The method comprises the following steps of: activating the hulls serving as a carbon source by using zinc chloride serving as an activating agent through microwave auxiliary heating to obtain the mesoporous carbon material in one step, wherein the specific surface area of the obtained mesoporous carbon material is between 1,409 and 1,738m<2>/g, the total pore volume is between 0.71 and 2.14cm<3>/g, the average pore size is between 1.99 and 6.08nm, the ratio of the volume of a non-micro pore to the total pore volume is between 66.2 and 99.5 percent, and the mesoporous carbon yield is between 30.4 and 37.0 percent. The method for preparing the mesoporous carbon material is simple, efficient and energy-saving; and the prepared mesoporous carbon material has a higher ratio of the volume of the non-micro pore to the total pore volume, and has extremely high quick charging and discharging performance when used as an electrode material of the electrochemical capacitor.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of carbon materials and microwave chemistry, and in particular relates to a method for preparing mesoporous carbon materials for electrochemical capacitors by using rice husks as raw materials. Background technique [0002] Mesoporous carbon materials with a pore size of 2-50nm have the characteristics of strong adsorption capacity, good chemical stability, high mechanical strength and easy regeneration after use. They are widely used in food, chemical, energy and environmental protection and other fields. The raw materials for producing mesoporous carbon mainly include minerals, wood and other carbon-containing materials. Minerals are mainly all kinds of coal and petroleum and their processed products. Minerals are one-time resources and cannot be regenerated. The wood products are mainly sawdust, charcoal, rice husk, straw, etc., which are renewable, cheap and easy to get. [0003] my country is a big ri...
