The lubricating agent is prepared by blending the following components in percentage by weight: 5.0 to 10 percent of base oil, 15 to 24 percent of emulsifier, 5.0 to 8.0 percent of alkaline reserve agent, 9.4 to 18.8 percent of extreme pressure antiwear agent, 5.3 to 8.3 percent of water soluble antirust agent, 0.01 to 0.03 percent of coupling agent, 0.01 to 0.03 percent of defoaming agent, 0.01 to 0.03 percent of bacteriacideand 30.81 to 60.27 percent of distilled water. The total percentage of the components is 100 percent. Compared with the prior art, the components do not react with the steel wire substrates; the antirust performance, defoaming performance and biostability are high; the deterioration in storage and use is slow, and the service life is long; and environment pollution is avoided and waste liquid canbe treated easily.
