The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1. mixing the wetting agent and dispersant, adding the albendazole, and stirring into paste; 2. adding the thickening agent into the wetting agent, and evenly stirring; 3. dissolving the suspending agent and preservative in water; and 4. adding the paste in the step 1 into the mixture in the step 3, and adding the mixture in the step 2 and the rest of purified water, thereby obtaining the albendazole suspension.
