The albendazole suspension is prepared from 1-30 parts of albendazole, 1-20 parts of wetting agent, 1-25 parts of dispersant (emulsifier), 0.1-10 parts of suspending agent, 0.01-10 parts of thickening agent and 0.1-10 parts of preservative. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1. mixing the wetting agent and dispersant, adding the albendazole, and stirring into paste; 2. adding the thickening agent into the wetting agent, and evenly stirring; 3. dissolving the suspending agent and preservative in water; and 4. adding the paste in the step 1 into the mixture in the step 3, and adding the mixture in the step 2 and the rest of purified water, thereby obtaining the albendazole suspension.
