The mixed solvent contains a main solvent and the ionic liquid at a weight ratio of (79-99):(30-1), wherein the main solvent is one of acetonitrile, dimethyl formamide and N-methyl-pyrrolidone; and the ionic liquid is one of the following substances: an imidazole ionic liquid in which positive ions are imidazole positive ions and negative ions are fluorophosphate negative ions or halogen negative ions, a bi-phosphonium ionic liquid, an alkamine ionic liquid and a quaternary ammonium ionic liquid. By utilizing the mixed solvent disclosed by the invention to extract, rectify and separate C5 components, the relative volatility of the C5 components can be improved, the solvent ratio can be greatly reduced, the number of extracting and rectifying column plates can be reduced, the production cost can be lowered, and the material consumption and energy consumption can be saved.
