The preparation method comprises the following steps: extracting short fibers from sweetcane barks, adding a certain amount of sweetcane bark short fibers at the beginning of monomer synthesis according to the free radical polymerization mechanism, decomposing initiator molecules into primary free radicals under the condition of heating firstly, then generating a monomer free radical through reaction of the primary free radical and a monomer to further achieve the chain growth, obtaining mixture of sweetcane bark fibers and high molecular polymers after the reaction of the monomer is over, pouring the mixture after being cooled down into a die, drying the mixture at a room temperature to make into a film, and preparing the sweetcane bark fiber composite finally. The sweetcane bark fiber composite is good in formability and uniform in fiber distribution, has excellent hydroscopic property and ventilation property, can be used as base materials of artificial leather, and is used for making clothing, shoes, hats and the like.
