The method comprises the following steps of: filtering the manganese-containing waste solution obtained by producing hydroquinone to obtain clear filtrate containing manganese sulfate, ammonium sulfate and sulfuric acid and filter cakes containing elemental residue, reacting the filter cakes containing the elemental residue with excessive sulfuric acid to obtain a solution containing calcium sulfate, magnesium sulfate, zinc sulfate, sodium sulfate, aluminum sulfate, cadmium sulfate and nickel sulfate, mixing and reacting the solution with a zinc nitrate solution to obtain a nitrate and zinc sulfate mixed solution containing calcium nitrate, magnesium nitrate, sodium nitrate, aluminum nitrate, cadmium nitrate and nickel nitrate, filtering to obtain calcium nitrate filter cakes and filtrate containing nitrate and zinc sulfate, washing, drying and crushing the calcium nitrate filter cakes to obtain a calcium nitrate product, performing reduced pressure distillation, cooling and crystallization on the filtrate containing the nitrate and the zinc sulfate, and thus obtaining the nitrate and zinc sulfate mixed product.
