Embodiment 1

[0028] 1. Carry out mechanical crushing, screening, cleaning, etc. on waste concrete, and the particle gradation of the prepared coarse aggregate should meet the table in Article 3.2.1 of "Standards for the Quality and Testing Methods of Sand and Stone for Ordinary Concrete" (JGJ52-2006). 3.2.1-2 (grain grading range of crushed stone or pebble) Requirements for aggregate. Depend on figure 2 It can be seen that natural coarse aggregate NA, recycled coarse aggregate RA-I, RA-II, and RA-II I all meet the requirements of JGJ52-2006 for continuous gradation of coarse aggregate.

[0029] Depend on figure 2 The particle gradation cumulative curve shown determines the relative size d of the particles 10 、d 30 and d 60 , and find the non-uniformity coefficient and coefficient of curvature where d 10 is the corresponding particle size when the mass percentage of particles smaller than a certain particle size is 10%; d 30 is the corresponding particle size when the cumulative...

Embodiment 2

[0061] 1, the grading requirements of preparation, screening and fine aggregate to the recycled aggregate are all the same as the 1st and the 2nd in the embodiment 1, namely according to " ordinary concrete sand, stone quality and detection method standard " ( According to the requirements in Article 3.2.1 and Article 3.1.2 of JGJ52-2006), sieve analysis is carried out on recycled aggregate and fine aggregate, so that the gradation of coarse and fine aggregate meets the requirements of the standard.

[0062] 2. The collected recycled aggregate RA-II is used as the raw material for recycled concrete preparation, and when the replacement rate is 50%, the recycled concrete is tested according to the following ratio. In each cubic meter of concrete:

[0063] 32.5R ordinary Portland cement: 500kg;

[0064] Natural sand: 471kg;

[0065] Natural gravel: 618kg;

[0066] Regenerated aggregate RA-II: 600kg;

[0067] Water: 192kg;

[0068] Polypropylene three anti-aging fibers: 0.9k...

Abstract

The invention discloses a low elastic modulus fiber-enhanced recycled concrete preparation method. The method is characterized in that crushed waste concrete is used as a portion of coarse aggregate of concrete; and low elastic modulus fiber is doped in the recycled concrete to improve performance of the recycled concrete. The low elastic modulus fiber-enhanced recycled concrete contains, calculated by 100 weight parts per cubic meter concrete, 32.5R ordinary portland cement 20 to 21 parts, fine aggregate 18 to 20 parts, natural coarse aggregate 34 to 36 parts, recycled coarse aggregate 14 to26 parts, polypropylene three-branch anti-aging reticular fiber 0.03 to 0.05 parts, and water 8 to 10 parts. Based on the tension resistance, the polypropylene three-branch anti-aging reticular fibercan prevent the development of an interface initial defect crack between fresh mortar and fresh coarse aggregate in the concrete, and can remarkably improve the interface crack between fresh mortar and old mortar of the recycled concrete. The preparation method is simple, and the recycled concrete has reliable mechanical property and wide commercial application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to recycled concrete prepared by using waste concrete, which belongs to the field of new environment-friendly green building materials, and particularly relates to recycled concrete toughened by low elastic modulus polypropylene fibers. Background technique [0002] Extensive production methods for a long time have made traditional buildings seldom consider the adverse impact on resources and the environment in the entire life cycle of buildings from resource extraction, raw material processing, building construction and use, to building demolition. The use of recycled concrete preparation technology can effectively save resources and protect the environment. At present, the preparation technology of recycled concrete is considered to be an effective method to develop ecological green concrete, and it is one of the important measures to realize the sustainable development of building resource environment. The coarse aggregate use...
