Abstract

The invention discloses hypoeutectic high-chromium cast iron for a slurry pump blade and a heat treatment process. The cast iron comprises chemical components by weight percentage: 2.6-2.8 percent of C, 26-32 percent of Cr, 0.5-0.7 percent of Si, 0.3-0.6 percent of Mn, 0.2-0.4 percent of Ni, 0.1-0.2 percent of Mo, 0.02-0.04 percent of Cu, less than or equal to 0.05 percent of P, less than or equal to 0.05 percent of S and Fe in balancing amount. The heat treatment process comprises the following steps: smelting the cast iron in an electric furnace; performing composite modification treatment on the molten iron by using a Re-V-Ti-Bi-Mg compound modifier; performing pilling treatment; performing stress relief annealing; machining; and quenching and tempering; a carbide can be changed in form into dispersed masses, so as to reduce the fragmentation effect on a substrate material; and an impeller product of a slurry pump, with high performances and a long service life, can be obtained.
