Abstract

The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a section by performing co-radiation polymerization. The method comprises the following steps of: mixing bamboo powder, thermoplastic resin and isopropyl titanate, and kneading to obtain a compounded material; under the protection of inert gas, performing radiation treatment on the compounded material; and after treatment, adding a filler, mixing uniformly, and performing extrusion molding to obtain the section, wherein the section consists of the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40-60 percent of bamboo powder, 20-40 percent of thermoplastic resin, 3-5 percent of isopropyl titanate and 10-15 percent of filler. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of sufficient raw material source, simple process, small using amount of aid, no need of adding any chemical adhesive, cleanliness, environmental friendliness and low production cost.
