Problems solved by technology

However, the concentration of the crude ethanol produced by these starchy fermentations is generally below 80% (volume ratio), and cumbersome follow-up distillation and dehydration are required to obtain ethanol with a concentration higher than 99%, which greatly increases the production cost of biodiesel

Embodiment 1

[0019] Add 10 g of rapeseed oil and immobilized lipase derived from Aspergillus oryzae (Aspergillus oryzae) with 200 standard enzyme activities (200 U / g rapeseed oil) based on the unit oil mass, control the temperature at 40 ° C, and then increase the volume concentration to 5% The ethanol (the molar ratio of ethanol and grease is 3:1) is added at a uniform speed within 3 hours. After 6 hours of reaction, the yield of fatty acid monoester in the system was 92%.

Embodiment 2

[0021] Add 10g castor oil and the immobilized lipase derived from Aspergillus oryzae (Aspergillus oryzae) based on 300 standard enzyme activities per unit of oil mass, and control the temperature at 50°C. 4:1) was added uniformly within the first 4 hours. After 6 hours of reaction, the yield of fatty acid monoester in the system was 90%.

Embodiment 3

[0023] Add 10 g of soybean oil and 300 standard enzyme activities based on the unit oil mass derived from the immobilized lipase of Candida antarctica (Candida antarctica), control the temperature at 50 ° C, and add 10% ethanol (ethanol and oil mole ratio of 4:1) was added at a constant rate within the first 4 hours. After 6 hours of reaction, the yield of fatty acid monoester in the system was 93%.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing biodiesel by oil. The method comprises the following steps of: placing a certain amount of oil and lipase into a one-stage or multistage enzyme reactor, and adding aqueous ethanol into a system in a flowing manner in the reaction process. According to the method, as a crude product (with the volume concentration being less than 80%) of ethanol fermentation is directly taken as an acyl receptor to carry out enzymatic reaction on the oil to prepare the biodiesel, the procedures of rectification, dehydration and the like on ethanol in a follow-up refining process can be effectively eliminated; and as the ethanol crude product is directly used for preparing the biodiesel, the raw material cost in the biodiesel preparation process can be obviously reduced, and the yield of the biodiesel converted from the raw material oil is more than 90%, thus the method disclosed by the invention has obvious economic and environmental benefits.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of biofuel synthesis, and in particular relates to a method for preparing biodiesel from enzymatic oil using ethanol as an acyl acceptor. Background technique [0002] Biodiesel is a long-chain fatty acid ester substance produced by transesterification of bio-oil raw materials with methanol or ethanol, and is a new type of pollution-free renewable energy. At present, biodiesel is mainly produced by chemical methods. The chemical method to prepare biodiesel has the following disadvantages, such as free fatty acids and water in the oil raw materials seriously affect the reaction; there are serious "three wastes" emissions during the production process. Synthesis of biodiesel by bioenzyme has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, no pollutant emission and wide applicability of oil raw materials, which is in line with the development direction of green chemistry, so it has been paid more and more attentio...
