The lime and the coke are heated up to 2000-2200 DEG C in the electric-arc furnace, and are subjected to carbonization reaction to generate the calcium carbide and calcium carbide furnace gas. The un-cooled high-temperature lime in the lime kiln and un-coke quenched high-temperature coke in the coking furnace directly enter into the electric-arc furnace to be reacted to generate the calcium carbide, and the calcium carbide furnace gas is taken as burning fuel in the lime kiln.
