Problems solved by technology

Ozone technology adopts ozone sterilization. Although it can maintain a relatively thorough killing effect on pathogenic microorganisms in the shellfish body, it has a strong biological stimulation effect on the shellfish body, resulting in a significant decline in the biological activity of the purification product. It is difficult to control the effective concentration and uniformity of ozone in water, and the detection cost is high. Unlike fresh water, ozone will chemically react with some ions in seawater to form bromate and other toxic and harmful residual substances
Chloride technology uses chlorine or chlorine compounds as a disinfectant. Compared with ozone technology, it has less toxic and side effects on humans or shellfish, but it is also difficult to operate and costs more

Embodiment 1

[0033] According to the technological requirements of the present invention, in a 12 tons / time scale shellfish purification factory built by the Jiaozhou Bay in Qingdao, Shandong Province, 12 tons of local Philippine clams were taken for purification. 100g of shellfish is reduced to 90MPN / 100g without any sediment.

Embodiment 2

[0035] According to the technological requirements of the present invention, in a 2-ton / time-scale shellfish purification factory built in Xiamen, Fujian, 2 tons of local mud clams were taken for purification. After 24 hours, the coliform content in the shellfish meat decreased from 6000MPN / 100g shellfish meat To <30MPN / 100g, without any sediment.

Embodiment 3

[0037]According to the process requirements of the present invention, in a shellfish purification factory of 5 tons / time scale built in Nantong, Jiangsu, 3 tons of local clams and 2 tons of green clams were taken for purification. After 24hr, the content of coliform bacteria in the clams was 2400MPN / 100g The shellfish meat dropped to <30MPN / 100g, and the vibrio parahaemolyticus changed from positive to negative without any sediment; Bacteria changed from positive to negative without any sediment.

Abstract

The invention discloses a processing technology for purifying pollutants in four kinds of hard-shelled seawater shellfish by adopting an ultraviolet seawater treatment technique, wherein the four kinds of hard-shelled seawater shellfish include Ruditapes philippinarum, Meretrix meretrix Linnaeus, Cyclina sinensis and Tegillarca granosa. The technology provided by the invention adopts a semi-closed circulating system and the processing is conducted in a room with environmental temperature capable of being regulated. The technology is implemented through the following six steps of: selecting shellfish, cleaning the shellfish, containing the shellfish in a basket and placing the basket into a purifying pond; pumping deep-well seawater with seawater quality which satisfies the requirement into a circulating water pond; pumping the deep-well seawater into an ultraviolet sterilizer for sterilization through a water pump; spraying the sterilized seawater into the purifying pond to purify the shellfish according to technological parameters; draining return water into the circulating water pond for recirculation; and completing the purification technological process of one batch till the hygienic quality standard on the shellfish is met or after the minimum purification time which is 24 hours. The processing technology has the advantages that the pollutant removing effect is remarkable, the vitality of the shellfish after purification is strong, the technology is simple, the investment is small and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a processing technology for purifying seafood, more specifically, the invention relates to a processing technology for purifying hard-shelled seawater shellfish pollutants. Background technique [0002] my country is the country with the largest shellfish farming output in the world. According to statistics, in 2010, the output of marine shellfish farming reached more than 12 million tons, accounting for 75% of the total amount of marine aquaculture in my country and 23% of the total national fishery output. It has developed into Industries that have an important impact on the national economy. However, due to the biological characteristics of shellfish, it is very easy to transmit harmful pollutants in the seawater environment to humans through the food chain. At present, the government still lacks an effective technical supervision and guarantee system in terms of safety production and sanitation of seawater shellfish. Eating...
