Abstract

The invention provides ultraviolet light curing polyester acrylate and a preparation method of the ultraviolet light curing polyester acrylate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) reacting epoxy chloropropane with binary acid, and adding acrylic ester for reaction; (2) adding catalyst in a reaction product of the step (1), and then adding a promoter for reaction under the protection of nitrogen; and (3) adding nitrobenzene into a reaction product of the step (2) for reaction, and collecting the ultraviolet light curing polyester acrylate from the reaction products. The ultraviolet light curing polyester acrylate prepared by adopting the method is fast in curing speed, good in flexibility, and short in preparation technique period. The fragility of the resin is improved to a certain degree, and the modified resin has the characteristics of being fast in curing speed, low in viscosity and good in flexibility. The resistance to chemicals of the UV (ultraviolet) curing system can be effectively improved, and meanwhile the flexibility is excellent. The product has good coated film brightness and flexibility, and is environment-friendly and non-toxic and low in production cost.
