Abstract

The dispersion agent comprises one or more compounds of industrial calcium stearate, zinc stearate, aluminum stearate and magnesium stearate, and one or more compounds of light calcium carbonate, and water-soluble macromolecule compounds such as gelatin, Arabic gum, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, triethanolamine, and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate; and counted by weight, the foaming-stabilizing dispersion agent comprises 20-80% of industrial calcium stearate, 70-19% of light calcium carbonate and 1-10% of water-soluble macromolecule compounds. According to the invention, the foamed cement insulation board production is integrated organically by auxiliary such as a waterproof agent, a suspending agent, a foam stabilizing agent and a foam reinforcement agent; when the foamed cement insulation board is produced by a product, technology is simple; and quality is stable; and the foaming-stabilizing dispersion agent can effectively solves disadvantages of collapsed modes, uneven air bubbles (diameters phi less than or equal to 10mm) and uneven distribution because of uneven stirred material when the foaming-stabilizing dispersion agent is used in a separated manner or an independent manner.
