The rose lanolin tender skin emulsion comprises the following components of beewax, octanoic acid / capric acid triglyceride, lanolin, cetostearyl alcohol, hydrogenated wheat germ oil, hydrogenated cocoa butter, butyrospermum parkii, hydrogenated jojoba oil, tocopherol (Vitamin E), rose grease, potassium acrylates / C10-30 alkyl acrylate crosspolymer, sodium acrylate / acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer / polysorbate-80 / isohexadecane, potassium hydroxide, 1,2-hexanediol / caprylyl glycol, and the balance being water. The preparation method comprises six steps of preparation, emulsification, heat insulation, cooling, material addition and material discharge. The method increases the utilization efficiency of the rose grease. Moisture retention function is greatly improved by combining the lanolin and the rose grease; and phenomena of skin stimulation and allergy can be prevented by replacing a conventional antiseptic with the natural rose grease and natural moisturizers such as 1,2-hexanediol / caprylyl glycol and the like, so that the safety of the product is increased greatly.
