The preparation method comprises the following steps of: reacting the rare earth nitrite, benzoyltrifluoroacetone and 2-(2-benzoxazole) pyridine in an acetonitrile solvent according to a chemical metering ratio of 1: 3: 1; dipping a sodium hydroxide solution to regulate a PH value; and rotationally evaporating, washing and drying to obtain a product.
