The cleaning agent comprises the following chemical components: 5-30 percent of sodium hydroxide, 5-30 percent of sodium carbonate, 3-15 percent of sodium silicate, 0.5-3 percent of chelating agent, 1-10 percent of anionic surfactant, 0.1-1 percent of full-mixture block polyether nonionic surfactant, 0.1-2 percent of silicone oil and 50-75 percent of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding sodium hydroxide into a small amount of water, adding the chelating agent, and uniformly stirring; adding water, keeping the temperature to be 20-30 DEG C, sequentially adding sodium carbonate and sodium silicate, and stirring until the mixture is dissolved; adding the anionic surfactant, the full-mixture block polyether nonionic surfactant and the silicone oil, and stirring until the mixture is dissolved; and finally adding water and uniformly stirring.
