Problems solved by technology

[0011] Adopt this detection method, the time that detection consumes is long, and it takes 30 minutes to complete the detection process, wherein most of the time is consumed in the dissolution of solid ammonium persulfate and solid potassium chloride and the natural cooling of the solution
Due to the long detection time, this detection method cannot meet some special process requirements, such as continuous leaching, continuous extraction, etc.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rapidly detecting the zinc content of a solution. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) taking a volumetric flask with content of 5ml to 100ml of solution test samples, adding 20ml of ammonium chloride mixed saturated solutions, further adding 20ml of ammonia water, diluting to scales by using distilled water, and uniformly mixing; (2) filtering the solutions into a flask of 100ml by using rapid filter paper, and discarding 10ml of primary filtrate during filtration; (3) taking the filtrate into a conical flask of 20ml to 250ml by using a transfer pipette, and adding one to two drops of xylenol orange solutions, and subsequently adjusting the solutions into yellow by using hydrochloric acid in a ratio of 1:1; (4) adding 0.5g of solid ascorbic acid, and adjusting into red by using ammonia water in a ratio of 1:1; (5) further adding 20ml of sodium thiosulfate solutions of 200g / L and 20ml of acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solutions with a pH of 5.5-6.0 into the conical flask; and (6) finally titrating by using a standard EDTA (Ethylene Diamine Tetraacetic Acid) solution and ending till the solution turns to luminous yellow from red. Only five minutes are taken to accomplish the detection process, and the detection result accords with that of a traditional detection method, with good reliability.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of analysis of non-ferrous metal mineral products, in particular to a method for rapidly detecting the zinc content of a solution. Background technique [0002] In the zinc smelting process, or in the extraction process of other non-ferrous metals, it is often necessary to detect the zinc ion content in the solution, so as to control and adjust the process according to the detection results. At present, the traditional method of detection solution zinc content, its detection steps are as follows: [0003] (1), take 5 milliliters of solution sample to 100 milliliter volumetric flask, and add 10 milliliters of ammonium chloride saturated solution, then add 0.5~1.0 gram of solid ammonium persulfate and 0.5~1.0 gram of solid potassium chloride; [0004] (2), be heated to boiling, until solid ammonium persulfate and potassium chloride dissolve completely; [0005] (3), naturally cool to room temperature, add 20 millilite...
