The method comprises the steps that phthalic anhydride, tetrahydrophthalic anhydride, maleic anhydride, trans-acid, glycol, propylene glycol, diglycol, pentaerythritol, linseed oil, tung oil, linoleic acid and eleostearic acid are used to generate unsaturated polyester; then unsaturated polyester is diluted into unsaturated polyester resin by styrene, methyl alcohol, butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, rosin and rosin acid; and a component A and a component B of the paint are prepared by taking unsaturated polyester resin obtained from the steps, titanium dioxide, talcum powder, precipitated barium sulfate, calcium, phosphorus, cobalt, vanadium, amine, an antifoaming agent, an anti-yellow agent, an anti-settling agent, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide, cyclohexanone peroxide and BPO (benzoyl peroxide) as raw materials.
