Abstract

The invention discloses a hydrotreating method of high-acid high-calcium heavy crude oil. The method comprises the steps of introducing high-acid high-calcium heavy crude oil and hydrogen into a low-pressure hydrotreating region and a high-pressure hydrotreating region which are connected in series, and enabling the high-acid high-calcium heavy crude oil and the hydrogen to be in contact with hydrogenation protective catalyst bed layers, hydrogenation demetallization catalyst bed layers, hydrogenation desulfurization catalyst bed layers and hydrogenation denitrogenation catalyst bed layers in sequence, wherein the hydrogen partial pressure of the low-pressure hydrotreating region is 1-6.5MPa and the hydrogen partial pressure of the high-pressure hydrotreating region is 7-20MPa. The hydrotreating method has the advantages that by dividing the whole device into the low-pressure hydrotreating region and the high-pressure hydrotreating region, deacidification and decalcification are effectively achieved, and the high-acid high-calcium heavy crude oil can be processed into qualified catalytic cracking raw materials; and meanwhile, the operation process is safe, and long-period stable running of the device and effective utilization of petroleum resources are achieved.
