According to the production method disclosed by the invention, medium and low-grade phosphorus ore is taken as a main phosphorous source for producing the compound fertilizer so as to be conductive to sustainable utilization and protection of phosphorous sources in China; urea-formaldehyde is used for providing part of slow-action nitrogen, and a calcium-magnesium-phosphorous fertilizer and the like are used for providing long-action phosphorous and potassium so as to improve the utilization rate of nutrients in the fertilizer, simultaneously provide various trace nutritional elements and improve the anti-lodging and anti-disease ability of crops; and a surfactant and the like are added so as to be capable of improving reaction status and giving fertilizer weeding, soil improvement and other functions to the fertilizer.
