Abstract

A preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparation of an aqueous phase; (2) preparation of an oil phase: placing a monomer in a container, adding a solvent, accelerating dissolution by an ultrasonic disperser, adding a crosslinking agent, a pore-foaming agent and an initiator after completely dissolution, and vibrating for 5-40 minutes under the ultrasonic effect to uniformly mix the oil phase; and (3) adding the uniformly mixed oil phase to a stirring reaction container, heating to react, and then, slowly adding the aqueous phase to the oil phase, wherein the mass ratio of the aqueous phase and the oil phase is (4-10):1, continuously heating, reacting at constant temperature and filtering to obtain a coarse product; and washing till the washing liquor is clean to obtain a product.
