Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing a substitutive raw material of cement, and belongs to the field of construction materials. According to the prepared calcium and silicon enriched substitutive raw material of cement, the emission load of CO2 gas of the cement industry and the unit clinker firing heat loss are reduced, and high-quality limestone is saved. The method comprises the following steps: adding pulverized fuel ash into wet discharged carbide slag with moisture content of 80-95 percent, wherein 14-20g of pulverized fuel ash is added into every 100g of the wet discharged carbide slag; and carrying out mechanical filter pressing to obtain the material with moisture content of 15-20 percent. Furthermore, an organic matter polyacrylamide is doped to serve as a dehydrating agent, and the moisture content of the carbide slag can be effectively reduced when the tempered carbide slag is mechanically dehydrated, and the minimum moisture content can be 15 percent. According to the method, the content of calcium oxide in the prepared material is not lower than 45 percent, the content of silicon oxide in the material is not lower than 17 percent, and the requirement on the quality of a cement raw material can be fulfilled. The cement prepared by using the principle is basically the same as conventional cement in chemical components, setting time, strength and other performances.
